Mr. Brook T.A. Sampson, JP, CIArb, MSc is the founder and principal of Elegant Solutions Limited a visionary leader, published author, arbitrator, and human development practitioner whose career spans decades of service across security, management, conflict resolution, and organizational transformation.

Mr. Brook T.A. Sampson is a highly respected security and justice expert with over 30 years of leadership across public and corporate sectors. A Chartered Arbitrator, Supreme Court Mediator, and trailblazer in security administration, he specializes in strategic solutions spanning physical security, cybersecurity, conflict resolution, and justice reform.
He holds both a BSc and MSc in Security Administration and Management from the Caribbean Maritime University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration. As Managing Director of Elegant Solutions Limited, Mr. Sampson leads with precision and purpose, delivering innovation, integrity, and transformative impact on a global scale.
